Enrons Debt/Equity was over 90 times and it was warning sign for investors to invest in a Sky rocketing company with such huge debts... As you Yuuzoo... Debt is zero.. Debt / Equiity is also zero no worries only they have to unlock the cash flow positions it is still negative , once cash flow unlocks then money will unlock for the investors too...

Sure it can happen. Enron price rise to the sky before dropping into hell bringing lots of innocent investors with it.
Many insiders got away with load of ill-gotten money but little consequences. Shit things happen to nice people while shit people gets nice things.

Did you guys short Yuuzoo? If not why bother to write all these warnings everyday? If so ... can share how to short ah? I tried using IGmarkets ... cannot. I bought some at 0.158 last time before cutting loss at 0.141 after all the receivables write-off and relativity media transaction. Really lucky to have escaped. So please ... for those still hoping for it to become like FB and Alibaba ... good luck! |

Did Yuuzoo disclosemail that they are being sued? Material information leh. I think SGX should question Yuuzoo about this non-disclosure. Don't end up like Swiber.

these were the same comments I heard from traders when people invested in facebook, alibaba.. hahaha .. they all went down more than 100% of their IPO listing price.... now they have grown multifold.. when the business model is known these kind of ambiguities that the business will collapse , all the money vaporised all nonsense stories crop up. No worried Yuuzoo will quote over 75 cents and a dollar over a period. whiskey and wine will not age within a day,,,, a baby will not be born within a day ... for some hidden gems to become diamonds you have to wait with patience ... patience pays multifold. wait with patience for your money to grow....

yes the october deal was cancelled and the one signed in Nov 2016 is still valid what?? YUUZOO Corporation said on Friday its new equity investment in movie studio Relativity Holdings Media (in which it acquired a 33.3 per cent stake for US$27.5 million last month) will be at least US$15 million and up to US$150 million. This comes a day after YuuZoo announced it will be investing more in Relativity, but the sum was not disclosed. In an announcement on Friday, the mainboard-listed social networking, e-commerce and entertainment company said the new agreement will " supersede the original term sheet and letter of intent" entered between the company and Relativity in October. It said: " The proposed equity investment is in line with the company' s business strategy to add high-quality media content for distribution through the company' s ' YuuZoo' social e-commerce platform and for online and mobile payments to be made using the company' s ' YuuPay' payment system."
