x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Before robbing you, a robber will always hide his knife or weapon, lol and all things evil are done under cover of darkness. OK lets google the words " unissued capital stock" , the top ranked results says " stocks that a publicly traded company is authorised to issue but has not." , etc. etc. These stocks/shares are usually issued at a " par" value basis and mandated by rules of the exchange the company is trading in. The par value could be the stated value as in the M& A or constitution of the company.  If the par value is $1, it will be issued at $1 per share.  If it is 1 cent, it could be issued at 1 cent per share.  A consolidation does not affect what is not being issued.  So my guess is smart people will wait and wait a little while before issuing these shares and dump.  Of course all rules should be followed but don' t expect no jay walking, haha..Cannot leak out too much secret knowledge, lol.
