If executed well, it will bring in years of profits and cashflows for the company. The boss has been doing that for his KLSE-listed SHL Consolidated Bhd, a company whose market cap is about S$280m now.   Work has started on the 400Ha " Integrated Resort"   township. It is 43m sqft of land, equivalent to  the size of Clementi town!  Boss shared with us that the highlights of the Masterplan are:   1. 70Ha planned for an international standard  golf course  designed by Ernie Els   2. 70Ha planned for a  horse racing  stadium and related facilities. There will be  gaming  activities available for this horse racing, similar to how our turf club used to generate the 4D winning numbers.   3. The rest of the areas will be developed into housing (for up to 100,000 people), educational cluster and commercial hubs.   Quite exciting potential that can last for many years if executed well.......
