x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	It is good to see huge buy Q to support the price. But no movement or action mean nothing also just to stop the bleeding temporary. Anyway I do not think Lionel will allow the price to go further down due to his bank loan. If you are the bank, would you put X amount on Emas capital before allowing such deal? I suspect there is a minimum market capital for Emas else bank will do the nasty work. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	USD 97 millions chartering contract inclusive of options.  Secured Debt Re-financing Support from Norwegian Bank SJR Marine dispute with Perisai consider close case, USD 20 millions cash + balance (20 plus millions for 15 years, crazy) Sold PV Keez to Petrofirst, cash loaded (not sure how much) Impairement Done (hopefully that is all) Hopefully no more bad news and management able to work to improve quarterly report in 2017. Fresh Start 10 Jan 2017, i think EMAS will recovered. Cross my finger and pray Any guru can share further view?   Trading at 0.73 NOK which is around 0.122 SGD. NAV 0.98 SGD, Total Asset 1.79 Billions, Total Liabilities 1.36 Billions, Cash 15.8 Millions (All in SGD) Market Float: 21.99% (Clearstrem Banking 18.83%) Lionel Lee: 76.19% From Latest Top 20 Shareholders: holding 97.93% Oslo Primary Listing with good liquidity (Top Volume 13 millions shares). SGX lagging so much behind (Volume 300,000 shares best day recently)

No free ride at the expense of the shareholders.....since the IPO they are running the company to the ground in term of share price. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I believe EMAS will eventually catch up with Oslo price and close up the differences. The price in SGX follow Oslo since IPO, can't be not accordingly when on the way up. Just have to wait Lionel to perform the operation of demand & supply. The top management must be sleeping on the job just to collect their salaries at the end of the month. Only lately can see some trading here but the share price is so depressed compared to Oslo. The top management must be sleeping on the job just to collect their salaries at the end of the month. Only lately can see some trading here but the share price is so depressed compared to Oslo.
