If the offer price is that high (88c), the stock would have stirred by now. Instead it has been lagging the market in the last one week. |

Personally, I would think it should be closer to the IPO price of 88cts?
to stir the interest of the majority retail investors and given the interest from multiple deep pocketed BBs. But let's keep our fingers crossed and wait and see.. |

Agreed with you .. hmm..it could be also the capitalization rates that AHT using to value.. cos it not true value .. also they can buy and hold in their books for very long too... let hope they pay good price for me to exit.. :)

These look like big boys who play with bigger marbles. Kinda tells you that there could be deeper value in this company that we may be missing in the longer term if it gets acquired at lower values..

Found this from BT (but only first few lines, LOL) THE bids are in for Ascendas Hospitality Trust (A-HTrust). The Business Times understands there are four bids - from Blackstone, Gaw Capital, a joint one from Varde Partners and Westmont Hospitality, and a fourth bid which BT was unable to ascertain by press time. The names bandied about are
