Hotel Grand Central
Between June 16 and 17, Hotel Grand Central non-independent non-executive director Tan Eng How acquired 70,100 shares for a consideration of S$74,683 at an average price of S$1.07 per share.
Mr Tan maintains a 58.50 per cent total interest in Hotel Grand Central.
He has been with the group since the inception of the company and is a non-executive director of Grand Central Enterprises Bhd.

Hotel grand latest results shows that with a large investment portfoilo of office buildings, they are not affected and are still generating positive cashflow. New Zealand and Australia has a proposal in place to establish their travel bubble where Aussie Residents can travel to NZ and vice versa. 80% of Hotel Grand customers in NZ and australia are domestic tourist and business for HGC can pick up very fast once the economy opens up again

sorry 100,000 shares...or 100lots..so happy got rid right time then..will buy back 80cts..u are right thinly traded..only old chairman is buying..previously my 100lots spread over a week to sell off..i think cpf still allow to buy..maybe one day will be taken private

Bro...my 100lots accunulate more than 12-15 years ago when after a rights issue the ex right price was 45cts..i bought about 50lots and over the years i did not take cash dividends opt for shares in lieu..hence ballooned to about 106,000 all in my cpf and finally I sold in June 2019 as my new apartment was ready..i used to pay with sale proceeds of H G..next half year and full year sure in the red, first time in history co lost $$$..dividends may cut to 1-2 % to.maintain.its trustee stock status..fyi

The daily trade volume of this stock hovers between 5 lots to 50 lots. And you managed to accumulate 100,000 lots? And then managed to sell 100,000 lots with such a miniscule daily trade volume?
