The Board of Directors (?Board?) of Rex International Holding Limited (?Rex International Holding?,
?Rex? or the ?Company?, and together with its subsidiaries, the ?Group?) wishes to inform that its subsidiary, Lime Petroleum Holding AS (?LPH?), has started its strategic and financial review and is in the process of appointing a Chief Restructuring Officer. Discussions with LPH?s bondholders (the ?Bondholders?) have also commenced. NOTE THIS:- LPH board directors have received a letter from the Bondholders putting them on notice of potential default of the bond terms, which are still under assessment by the Bondholders. The letter also states, inter alia, that no corporate actions should be undertaken by LPH without prior consultation with Bondholders. The LPH board of directors is currently seeking legal advice with respect to the next steps. The Board will make the necessary announcements to update the Company?s shareholders of any material developments in connection with the foregoing matter. In the meantime, shareholders of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company. Persons who are in doubt as to the action they should take should consult their stockbrokers, bank managers, solicitors, accountants or other professional advisers. |
