 Alert Admin 		As most mentioned, they would have already scooped up lots of shares from the open market through different people. And when it comes to voting, as long it exceeds certain percentage, it will be delisted.

If the Yang Warriors had planned this right from the start. Would it not make sense for him to take the company private at an extreme low valuation (at a few cents as you have mentioned) at the beginning of 2020 since he would have known the co is doing extremely well. If they had done so, they would not need to face public scrutiny and continue to enjoy a sizable amount of earnings for the years to come

 Alert Admin 		Somehow somewhere somebody will still come out & say no evidence that it was caused by the vaccine despite the controversial vaccine has been in question since trial. Vice versa, factually, there is also no evidence that it was not caused by the vaccine
