Hope she will buy back more to exploit this lucrative arbitrage opportunity to boost EPS and in turn gives we shareholders a higher DPS. YFH balance sheet is rock solid and bomb proof ... zero default risk even if the entire NPLs were written off, it won' t go belly up. Its only problem is how and where to deploy the huge $575m unproductive cash pile plus further unlocked cash from ongoing scaled down DI to earn attractive returns comparable to DI (~ gross 12% pa) or the maritime projects ( > net 8% min according to Alex Yan). Doing SBB at the current steep distressed 63% discount to permanently boost EPS is definitely a wise cash deployment decision by the management. But I would frame it as a    deep-value recovery play, rather than simply cash rich = safe. This case is getting attractive Share price:  around S$0.20 based on the latest market data surfaced.      NAV:  S$0.5321 per share at 30 June 2026.      At S$0.20, you' re paying only about    0.38× NAV  roughly a    62% discount to NAV. Cash:  S$575.4m. External borrowings:    zero.      1H26 net profit:  S$38.3m despite the 29% YoY decline. Importantly,    S$276.4m of legacy debt investments were redeemed/repaid  in 1H26, while S$16.6m of credit-loss allowances were reversed.      NAV actually    increased from 50.20¢ to 53.21¢     between end-2025 and June 2026.      The really interesting part At  20¢   , you' re buying something with: NAV 53.2¢ market price 20¢
