Don' t fully-understand the article,... Italy wants to set its budget deficit for next year at 2.4%, and The EU&rsquo s deficit target is set at 2 percent. Does 40 basis points really matter, because among the other comments associated with this is : if The EU gives way to the Italian Gov' t here, it would be : THE END OF THE EURO !! Why is that ?

No longer, bro,... today,... starting to breakdown,... at 0.57 EUR now,... But I know the EU sentiment is not really good now. Italian banks are weak, and the Turkish problems are still there. Brexit talks are not going well and the UK still wants to pullout from the EU, though there were talks that they may do another referendum again. I think EU news affect this particular REIT a lot,... Either the above,... or,................there is an acquisition coming, with Rights Issues.

At the ECB Council Mtg on coming Thursday, it is anticipated that the council will cut QE purchases by half come October, ie to only 15n Euro per month, for 3 months. THEN,..........come December,........NO MORE QE PURCHASES will be done anymore moving forward ! Bros,... CEREIT will be affected ??? What do you think ??? |

Sorry bro,... I can' t find the article,... but YES, I read this,... So, we may have KBS listing one US REIT denominated in the USD and Aroundtown SA listing a European REIT denominated in the Euro in the next few months. Better start to prepare USDs and Euros for these,....
