x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	nope i wouldnt buy unless there' s a clear indication of extremely strong profit growth.. im a long term shareholder since 2014 and  my last bought was 60 cents where it is trading at a cheap price.. i bought it for stable dividends ironically, because normally that is what ppl is expecting in blue chips.. i made the post because u have been negative in valuetronics no matter what price it is trading.. at 60+ cents u are negative, at 80+ cents u are negative as well.. valuetronics is having 40cents cash with no debt, so theoretically speaking at 80+ cents it is still relatively cheap compare to the rest given that it has about 8+cents eps, which gives it about 5 p/e ex-cash.. but in reality, we know how market is so ridiculous in not appreciating strong counters because it all depend on BB to dictate price, and all about branding.. ppl will rather throw money into over-valued blue chips which they perceive as stable..  so i wont be adding at 80+ cents since i know valuetronics is a really snail counter that is not appreciated by BB or retailers.. but im fine with valuetronics not being appreciated cos the dividends is more than a lot of blue-chip and  reits and is stable.. puppey      ( Date: 12-Dec-2019 12:56) Posted: will you buy now ? thats the main question .. nqing87      ( Date: 12-Dec-2019 12:24) Posted: ppl who believe in your words and sold few days ago would miss out on the climb already.. many electronic counters have rise much more than valuetronics during this few weeks, example UMS.. are they distribution also since they are pushed way higher up? we will never know what BB going to do, so to say there is distribution going on is really just a 50-50 guess.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This one no coverage or reports. Not in BB focus I guess. Yesterday could be real panic sell rather than shortist short it down. The other tech stocks looks like still support by hidden hand. Maybe this stocks pull down by the HK situation. Not favorable for BB to push.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	PDATE ON VIETNAM OPERATIONS &ndash ENTRY INTO SUB-LEASE AGREEMENT  The Board of Directors (&ldquo Board&rdquo ) of Valuetronics Holdings Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo , and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) refers to the Company&rsquo s announcement dated 17 October 2019 in relation to &ldquo establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary and update on Vietnam operations&rdquo (&ldquo Previous Announcement&rdquo ).      Further to the Previous Announcement, the Board wishes to announce that the Company&rsquo s wholly owned subsidiary, Valuetronics Vietnam Company Limited (&ldquo VVCL&rdquo ) had on 20 November 2019 entered into a sub-lease agreement with Thang Long Industrial Park (Vinh Phuc) Corporation (an independent third party) to acquire the land use right for a plot of land (&ldquo Land&rdquo ) in the Industrial Park (&ldquo Transaction&rdquo ), at a consideration of VND 93,620,548,637 (which is equivalent to US$4,045,657) (&ldquo Consideration&rdquo ). Upon completion of the Transaction, the Land will be leased to VVCL for a period of 46 years until 13 October 2065 (&ldquo Lease&rdquo ).      The total area of the Land is 52,541 square meters. The Group intends to use the Land for development of its own Vietnam campus. The infrastructure development of the Vietnam campus will be divided into two phases, with the first phase expected to be completed by the first half of calendar year 2021. The Group will be injecting further capital to fully develop the infrastructure of the Vietnam campus in due course.    The Consideration (exclusive of VAT, professional and other fees and expenses in connection with the Transaction) is payable in cash by 10 calendar days after the execution of the sublease agreement.    The Transaction will be funded by the Group&rsquo s internal resources.      The Transaction is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 March 2020.      None of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above-mentioned transaction, save for their shareholdings in the Company.
