Also oil price is helping although the area I hope it helps the most is their client can benefit from the oil price rise and pay Vallianz asap and Vallianz can then pay down their unmanageable debt.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This rights issue is only for the benefit of the major shareholders. Nobody is putting in new money except minority shareholders. Taking money from minority to repay them. Not a good deal at all. If the rights issue do not go through, the company will not be able to service its debt at all. Major shareholders are not tKkng on additional risk, but minority are.
