Infact there is another rate cut in december that is also 90% confirmed, and as I had mentioned previously the market had factored it intothe equation but it was not factored in the price on this one. There was a major shakeput of weak hands in last 10 days. By my estimate by Dec end we shoudl be in the .25-.3 range.  By your estimates, we shoudl be around current prices as rate cuts are alreayd priced in.  Investors have priced in the 2 US rate cuts for US market and thats why you keep seeing it rising, but as far as SG market goes, these have not been fully priced in yet in my opinion, becuase SG is a very conservative market in most sense.
