just curious, since AE was acquired at early June and one of the slide at Nordic EGM mentioned that, earning will be included in immediate effect, chances are it will be recorded in Q2 quarterly report?

AE result wouldn' t be consolidated as the acquisition was only sealed in late Jun 15. But we can expect a decent interim div.

good observation. i noticed the sell down volume is also getting lesser each trading day. A few more points that i noticed is that Nordic doesnt propose share consolidation, small float, directors does a lot of buying of Nordic shares.

There' s a bid-ask spread of 0.005 between 0.173 and 0.178 due to low volume. 0.173 is a good accumulating point. I have realise that there' s always sell down @ 0.173. Once it has volume, it will soar to the next level.

yup. not to mention that Nordic has a superb Q1 result in term of EPS. I will be looking to accumulate more on general market fear

If Nordic is able to maintain its prior period 2nd quarter result, with an additional boost of earning by AE,semi annual dividend payout might be more than 0.005 per share(according to 40% dividend payout rate). The annualized yield will be more than 5%. This would definitely bring Nordic to the next level.

my guess is that the coming quarterly report will be good. This is due to adding of AE returns to Nordic reporting statement and possible a halfly dividend payout. |

I been holding for 5 year since IPO time....till now though it in profits almost every year, i think those stocks that are under watchlist moving much faster than it. It is not noisy enuff to attract investors or speculators. |

haha, for long term holders.. its been a bagger already.. changing to be a dividend play at the moment.. however if the systems integration segment takes off.. then there will be further growth... thsi one, once it moves, its hard to catch it... At this price with a near 6% dividend yield, I am happy to accummulate...
