Just saw Asia Mobile holdings currently holding 56% of Starhub shares. So to take Starhub private, let's say they offered a 25% premium at $1.30 to current price of $1.04, they would need to invest approximately $1.7B #justsaying | ||||

I would argue the deteriorating financials is exactly what may drive a deal - it forces a change. Of course exactly what deal happens / the terms / price etc is for the parties to agree on. | ||||

don' t think so they will buy M1 M1 financials have been deteriorating. just look at the EBITDA pre-privatisation and recent Keppel disclosure. |
