The company was able to win the case against the directors and has a judgement of at least $1.44m won. They will probably appeal on the decision that the Court did not order the Defendants to pay non-pecuniary losses suffered by TMJ amounting to approximately IDR2.00 trillion (approximately S$189.18 m).
