The Chairman of the Company had on 11 December 2019 made a request to the Minister of Finance to look into the matter for the benefit of more than 1900 Singaporeans shareholders and supporting the Company to get more time to complete the Proposed Transaction.      6. The SGX-ST had on 12 December 2019 clarified that there will be a slight delay in the delisting date and the Company will update on the delisting date shortly.  SGX where got so heartless? they give out so much heart by allowing extention after extention. now give out above all extra heart. haha
