Wonder how the market will price this non binding deal the the counter resume trading on Monday.
The offer to buy their TPM business is indeed irresistible at about $0.54 a share. Company should at least give a more detail breakdown of the deal and what they intend to do with the big surplus cash not withstanding it is non binding at this stage.

Procurri Corporation Limited ($0.315, down 0.005) announced that private equity firm Novo Tellus, which specialises in industrial and technology investments in Southeast Asia, will become its largest shareholder. " We are pleased to partner with Novo Tellus for the next arc of our growth as a global company," said Procurri' s Chairman and Global CEO Sean Murphy, " Novo Tellus specialises in making investments in rising stars based in Southeast Asia and serving global markets. Following a Put-Call Agreement signed and announced on 15 February 2019, Novo Tellus PE Fund 2, L.P. and its co-investor A.C.T Holdings Pte Ltd have today exercised their respective call options to acquire a total of 36,319,978 shares. The transaction is expected to close on 21 March 2019, and the Investor Group will own 29.6% of the Company&rsquo s issued shares. It is hard to judge the attractiveness of its business given a lack of track record as earnings slid to US$6mln in 2016 from US$9mln in 2015 before swinging to the red in 2017 at US$2.6mln. We would thus observe a few more quarters to see if the turnaround is sustainable and growth momentum does indeed have traction and not a flash in the pan. (Lim & Tan) Not vested. Just for info. |
