Good news Lifebrandz rose 47.5% 9.5 cents to 0.295 Bad news is only 100 shares traded, all $29.50 of it as of now. Hardly enough to justify the cheapest brokerage. So, who do you think bought it? |

Any expert can help me , I bought it 150lot use CPF, now I find out can not sell online must call broker to sell as CPF , now I want to keep for long term , question is if I subscribe the right n get free wrt, can I use cash to subscribe , after that I sell it as a cash or CPF ? I mean the right n free wrt , or the cash go to CPF ? Thank you | ||||

Put is simply is that Lifebrandz need money, but no one is buying Now they throw in the carrot for people, buy at discounted price and give you freebies. For those not holding any shares is fine. But if you are like me holding their shares, if you buy, you have to throw in money into the company that you disilluion with or your share diluted by certain percentage . In a way, if you hold shares now , you lanlan throw in a bit of dollars and hope for the best. |

What I actually meant was, you are entitled to a certain amount of Rights free of charge. But you must pay if you want to convert it to normal shares. If not, you can sell your Rights if you do not wish to subscribe

Ah...I see, I have not read Lifebrandz details in depth whether the Rights and Warrants are given free. So, depending on the company' s arrangements. I believe Warrants are given free, but you must pay for the Rights. Anybody holding Lifebrandz wants to comment? (I will only be buying after consolidation and after the Rights adjustment in the share price, I' m just watching now)

To put in layman term.. 1) Rights allow you to subscribe (pay) and later convert into shares. Eg: If you are holding 1000 shares and entitled to and subscribe 1000 Rights, eventually you will have 2000 shares. Do note you must subscribe and pay for your Rights entitlements before ex date (can do so via ATM) And if you do not wish to subscribe to your entitlement of Rights, you can sell it off the open market, usually at a very small price. 2) Warrants are similar to stock options whereby there is an exercise price. If the stock in the market reaches the exercise price, you can exercise your warrants and convert to normal shares whereby you can sell in the open market. Similarly, warrants can be traded. Caught in the act! From 0.003 to 0.005 with only 900+ lots done. Where were the thousands on the 0.004 buy/sell queue. Apparently they are withdrawn to allow CK to position at 0.005 Anyway, still have to congrats all those retailers who managed to have 0.004 done. |
