Mark Allen Wen a substantial shareholder has offloaded over 100mil shares @ about 1.216cts via off-market transaction. CEO Eitan bought about 11mil shares about 1.216cts via also off-market transaction. if the remaining is offloaded to one entity, that entity will be holding about 4.2% of the company which is below 5%. |

The timing of their share award is impeccable. Released together with some mediocre news which spiked up price together with the listing of their cheaply converted awarded shares. Did the CEO no have a record of paying his tax using cheaply converted shares? Maybe cash out some to pay the law suit damage but no need really because the company is taking that up but at who expenses? |
