Dragon Group to be delisted on Sept 9
Dragon Group International will be delisted from 9am on Sept 2.
The announcement, dated Aug 27, comes after the trading of the company&rsquo s securities were suspended more than seven years ago on May 10, 2018.
The investment holding company was listed on the Mainboard in September 1998, before becoming a subsidiary of ASTI Holdings in June 2006.
The notice of the Dragon Group&rsquo s delisting, as issued by the Singapore Exchange S68 - (SGX) on April 11, follows inability of the group to meet the financial requirements for removal from the latter&rsquo s watchlist.
On Aug 19, 2024, Dragon Group announced its exit offer proposal under Listing Rule 1309 which requires an issuer to make an exit offer to the issuer&rsquo s shareholders, whereby such exit offer must be fair and reasonable, and must include a cash alternative as the default alternative.
The group adds that further updates on the delisting are to follow in the near-term.

Worst in worst go delisted n get 0.008, now 0.003 can buy n wait t for delisted or Asti eat up , this is ai small buay si counter,from what I see bb hoot allot at 0.003. - 0.0010, do ya u think next month just gone case . I person say no.......0.003 can get 0.008 not bad | ||||

Don't mislead newbies. Delisting means no longer tradable via sgx. If u don't sell b4 10 May, u'll risk getting back 0, given its nav at 0.09 US cents (abt 0.12 SG cents, S$0.0012). If the management is generous enough, u at most get back nav. At the price of S$0.008, run for your life.

What is the chance that SGX will give the extension? This stock is going horlan? What happen to existing Dragon's investments in 40% EoCell when this stock goes delisted? The management will be happy as there is no SGX to manage their corporate affairs. Minority shareholders all suffer. | ||||
