I believe Tech Oil & Gas is more of a service company. With a reversed takeover, Emerald will inject their assets and business into the company . Likely most of Tech O& G' s assets will be sold. The good thing is that it need not a a distressed sale. There will be some net asset value plus the takeover premium. Shareholders shoudl get back something. This is a good outcome by the judicial managers. Hopefully for the other companies under judicial management can have similarly good outcome.

That's good and encouraging news....something that shareholders can look forward to. Emerald is in real estate dev business so it is entirely out of O&G completely.
