Swing Media Technology Group to wind up and delist from SGX
SWING Media Technology Group : BEV 0%said in a bourse filing late Friday (Nov 24) that its shares will be delisted and the company wound up.
The manufacturer of data storage products will be delisted from the SGX mainboard at 9 am on Dec 11, 2023.
It said that SGX has &ldquo no objection&rdquo to the proposed delisting. Trading in the company&rsquo s shares has been suspended since 2017.
Since it is in liquidation and its &ldquo realisable assets are insufficient to cover its liabilities&rdquo , the company does not have the means to make an exit offer or to make any distribution to shareholders.
There is also no intention to dispatch physical share certificates to shareholders following the delisting &ldquo to avoid incurring unnecessary costs and expenses in the course of winding up.&rdquo
A winding-up petition was presented against Swing Media Technology Group to the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2017, and trading of its shares on SGX was voluntarily suspended the same year. Liquidators of the company were appointed in 2018.

this is fundamentally undervalued pick,.. technically undervalued too. should see 70 cents to a dollar on the upswing ... price is stable on the charts for about a year and should slowly gather pace. Price to book is only 0.09, PE is 2.16... Ownership promoters holding is pretty low at around 23% holding.. Income is growing , profits and revenues are growing too.. Long term debt is almost nil. short term debt is around 42 million, Equity is diluted after the 11:10 and 1:20 split in sept 2015. should slowly appreciate in price and see 60 cents/ 70 cents and upto a dollar in less than a year if value investors find it a gem investment to go long and hold. ROE is at 5 % and has to improve further, Dream cash flow as company has always surplus funds on its hand only it has to smartly utilise it for further growth and share with the investors in multifold exponential growth I expect to see here. Assets are growing over the last 5 years. Just commenting looking at the numbers for the fundamentals,, but Technically it can be a superfast bullet train to board and experience 60 / 70/80/ 90 when the momentum picks and over a period of time it shifts to a high gear. Good to go long for investors , traders can experience the thrills with good volumes and positional trading on the upswing. | ||||

Ridiculous px for so long. But when I bought, px stuck. SGX stocks are all chng kay controlled. If u know when chng kays are gonna play, u can easily be millionaire.
