Yes, you' ll incur brokerage, but at least it eliminates all your doubts and you' ll get back money much faster. Unless you are willing to wait for things to happen, or the unlikelyhood that the payout will be more than 1.30, then you might as well save the brokerage and wait.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Basically you can just sit on it.Even if there is a revised offer later on,those who accepted at $1.30 will still get the revised offer.But you have to watch out for its announcement as it can turn compulsory acceptance when the acceptance level reach 90%.Still the Co will send notification letter to you.
