x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Should you missed to accept the 0.238 offer price by Mon-5pm, you will have to wait for the final " Compulsory Acquisition" to come. As my shares are hold by my bank as nominee doubt 1-day is enough time for processing. As the acceptance is over 90%, its not possible for us to remain as a shareholder in an unlisted " public company limited by shares" .

You can also choose let the offer lapse and wait all those who think it is undervalued, to push the price higher than $0.238. Those queueing many many shares just want to take these shares and tender to offer or, gain $0.003 or 1% in 7 days. Good deal?

Question is so difficult to hold an EGM mere? I am accumulating $0.23 to give them at $0.238 when pre-condition met. Should be quite soon. Don' t see anything that may go wrong. Or did I miss out somnething?
