Any reply from board of directors to the letter from activist ? Asiatic Profit reported from results misleading as company applied some Creative accounting. cash flow is Seriously Negative. debt burden is insurmountable and cannot be overcomed without major restructuring. No different from 1MDB I dare say. no idiot will takeover this company unless it is cleaned up first unless miracles happen . if &lsquo kingmaker&rsquo investors are prepared to let control remain with Tan family , all shareholders Will have to write off this investment . Only hope is activist to do his magic like he did with sabana reit . |

Why is Asiatic ?s debt exposure to Maju Intan so huge when It only owns a minority 30% stake ?? Mgt has indeed put the company in a very precarious position if not completely destroyed shareholder value. I do not understand is why the major shareholders have remained passive . | ||||
