x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	U dun know the REAL intention of the new offer. :) By putting up a new offer that is not approved by the board so close to the EGM, who knows what is their intention??? to make shareholders reject the offer and then they can easily withdraw the new offer becos it is not a confirmed offer with the board. They offer $2.10 , same as the theory offer price from Keppel.. Got a feeling is not a bidding war..
