x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	After its major impairment, NAV is now only 0.6cts.  Since the prospect of this company is next to nothing, cannot justify it trading above its book.  Instead, a huge discount should be demanded.  A 50% discount to book means 0.3cts. I think the company needs to announce right issue pretty fast to avoid a low issue price.  This company share has no par value so in theory, it can issue shares at any price.  Maybe another 100:1 consolidation is required to make the issue price looks sensible.  Looke like following Noble footstep liao.
