Looking at the off market trades involving the mother shares and warrant reported yesterday, it does look like a compensation from the bank for their mistake. Anyway, MDR has almost exhausted its share buyback and hence the stock has weakened. Move on

Today company can buy back its shares up to $0.046 but I doubt they will. Probably they just buying at $0.045 ? Slowly moving back to $0.05 as the share buy back is good for all parties (SS including) |

So indeed the 20mil buy order was actually the company' s first share buyback just initiated today at $0.043 of which a total 7.6311 mil was bought. 7,631,100 @ $0.043 $0.043 will become the floor price now. More to come. But I figure the MDR warrants will be a better leveraged play for those who believe the mother shares will trend higher after the sell down from its recent rights issues. The company is now flushed with lots of cash having raised $30.6 million from its recent rights issues !
