Imagine they got no dividend to support, may drop even further.  Strangely, once they implement all the big plans like clearing the loan, go back to mainboard, all the misfortune come. Better to remain in catalist board and don' t brag about being the " leader " in the sector. Also the whole company is having a group think as bod are family members. In order to avoid group think, would it be better to bring in executive director from outside instead of family members? currently all 3 executive directors are brothers. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yesterday NDP Rally had really show that Singapore is very construction thirsty. They will be a lot of super super big construction projects coming up. Long Island, the merging of small offshore island. Briyani Island merge with Sentosa. Huge projects have is have. Problem is can LC and Boss Toh get them? Boss Toh kept saying he will be very careful to bid for project which are sustainable and profitable, but sometime, if you have contract drought you don' t even have the chance to see profit. Got work better than no work. As long as don' t lose money can already. I hope LC can stand up once again and exhibit the confidence it once had. It is now in main board. Things cannot be as usual. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Ley Choon&rsquo s subsidiary secures $24.5 mil worth of contracts Ley Choon (SGX:Q0X) announced that its subsidiary, Ley Choon Constructions and Engineering Pte Ltd had clinched contracts worth approximately $24.5 million. The contracts, which spans across repair and maintenance of underground utilities services, are expected to be completed within 36 months. While Ley Choon believes that the contracts will contribute positively to the group&rsquo s earnings, it is not expected to have a material impact on its earnings per share and net tangible assets for the upcoming FY2027 ending March 31. Shares of Ley Choon closed 0.4 cents down, or 4.12% lower at 9.3 cents on June 8.

Ltd had successfully secured contracts worth approximately S$24.5 million in aggregate for the repair and maintenance of underground utilities services (the &ldquo Contract&rdquo ).  I don' t understand why LC would be happy to announce this kind of xia suay contract amount. What happened to those previously hundreds of million contract size? No, what' s wrong! all tendering these kind of  kacang puteh ikan bilis contract got what use ! ? Boss Toh! Please dont' s frighten me by chasing after ikan bilis contract. I really don' t know what to say. Wao I got nothing to say. Sad and disappointing.
