Knowing more funds and coming in Q2 can also be one more reason the Management maybe able to pay a dividend for Q1.  Now for some wishful timeline * On Friday 22nd Management Gives a Q1 Update and reports profit for Q1 * On Tuesday 26th board recommends a dividend  * On Friday 29th Trading Halt for Merger Update

If so, total will be $1b At 0.20, it will be 6.4 times Pe. This green industry is hot now. Market May give a higher PE such as 10 times and if so it will be 0.31 At 0.124, the PE is 4 times My pov I will be holding my fort till month end and see what the ratio will be and at what terms

With regards to what price to sell, its anyones guess BUT as mentioned before the stock has turned positive and is now " ENTERING" Bull territory. Take a chart and draw a MA200 and either a MA 50 , 100 or 150 and look at it. Will help you judge where we going.  If we make it to 12c tomorrow we will take a breather and once 0.124 is breached the Key points are the MA200/MA100 crossover on 22nd April and MA200/MA150 crossover on 28th April. My personal expectations for price movement purely based on previous resistance points and technical charts WERE above 20c closer to mid 30' s.  If we close at 0.116 we may have a  GREEN MARUBOZU CANDLE STICK  which is another rare and MAJOR  positive signal
