CLI went below $2.40 very briefly 2 yrs ago. For past year remained above $2.40. So when have you been getting the timing so right below $2.40?

Just buy when it is 2.4 and below won?t go wrong. Have been collecting below 2.4 heavily for the past 4 years. No loss and collect more than 5 digits dividend so far.

anyway $2.50+ is almost historical low, so buying now is buying now + the track record of July share price rising, I think is worth to bet on it.

yes no guarantee but 100% record since CLI listed every single year even during 2022 and 2023 rate hike years the same thing happened. I would say high chance. Anyway I willing to take a bet.

CLI was listed in 2022. All the 4 years after that, 100% of the time, June will reach a low and then went up in July-Aug even during the rate hike years of 2022 and 2023. 100% of the time. Refer to the chart. June 2022: $3.79 on 24 Jun 2022, then went up to $3.91 5 Aug 2022. June 2023: $3.27 on 23 Jun 2023, then went up to $3.43 14 July 2023. June 2024: $2.66 on 28 Jun 2024, then went up to $2.81 12 July 2024. June 2025: $2.63 on 27 Jun 2025, then went up to $2.84 25 July 2025. June 2026: $2.51 on 26 Jun 2026, then goes up to $2.70 (based on past trend)
