DESPATCH OF OIS NOTIFICATION LETTER AND ITS ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS 

The board of directors of Annica Holdings Limited wishes to announce that the physical copies of the OIS Notification Letter dated 4 June 2026, specifying the online locations at which the Offer Information Statement may be accessed, and containing instructions on how to view, download and print the electronic version of the Offer Information Statement, together with the PAL and/or the ARE, was despatched to the Entitled Shareholders today.

Entitled Depositors who do not receive the ARE together with the OIS Notification Letter, may contact The Central Depository Limited via its hotline at +65 6535 7511 or via email at [email protected], on Mondays to Fridays from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., during the period from the date the Rights Issue commences, up to 5.00 p.m. on 22 June 2026 and/or date as may be announced from time to time by or on behalf of the Company.

Entitled Scripholders who do not receive the PAL together with the OIS Notification Letter, may obtain a copy thereof from the Share Registrar, B.A.C.S.
