The Oil & Gas sector is on the road of recovery with the crude price trending upward towards $80. It' s probably now the best time to invest in companies like Advanced Holdings which is prudent with cashflow (nett cash over debt) and with a solid global operational footprint. The last quater financial result annouced sees the company turning from quarters of losses, since the downturn of O& G market, to a profitable one. It is evidently that the management has the right strategies in place to ride on the recovery wave. The stock is currently undervalued (P/B.V @ 0.47) and with the positive forward momentum, there is a great opportunity presented itself for investors to capitalize the underlying value of this counter. P.S - The stock price was $0.80 to $1 prior to the downturn. Note again, Nett cash company. |
