I bought 3,300 of this as a cigarette butt punt at a low 25c in early ' 17 & delighted to see it double to over 50c within a few weeks on some piece of good news, buoyed by the bullish market sentiment overall. Yet greed got the better of me & I failed to take profit & it proceeded to slide by 94% by the end of last year. Missed the surge to 36c in Feb but this week I pared my holdings by 2/3 @ 39.5c & keep the rest on my premise that the biggest holders intend to run eventually, but not before consistent daily volumes are engineered up to at least a million or more per day, by which time the stock could be 75c or higher... | ||

This one still around? I used to invest in this more than 20 years ago can' t remember whether I made or lost money. If I remember correctly, one of their businesses is in manufacturing of aircons. |

(the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) wishes to announce that the Company had on 30 December 2025 entered into separate placement agreements (collectively, the &ldquo Placement Agreements&rdquo ) with the following persons: (i) Cui Wenyan (ii) Peng Zhen (iii) He Yuanxiang and (iv) Lu Shansong. (collectively, the &ldquo Placees&rdquo , and each, a &ldquo Placee&rdquo and together with the Company, the &ldquo Parties, and each, a &ldquo Party). 1.2. Pursuant to the Placement Agreements, the Placees have agreed to subscribe for and the Company has agreed to the placement of an aggregate of up to 8,478,199 new ordinary shares (&ldquo Shares&rdquo ) in the capital of the Company (the &ldquo Placement Shares&rdquo ) at an issue price of S$0.04 (the &ldquo Issue Price&rdquo ) per Placement Share amounting to an aggregate cash consideration of approximately S$339,128 (the &ldquo Proposed Placement&rdquo ). |
