By now you should have received your converted ESRLogos shares and the cash consideration of 0.097...... your clean up payout of 0.01405 cents, you should receive by 18 May. .Very sayang, those who listened to the Laksa hawker and throw at $0.82 cents, amd miss out on these 11 cents payout. |

No. You can only trade your odd lots foc thru these two. Their incentive of providing such service is to get people like you, who don' t have an account with them, to open an account with them. Another way, is to round up your odd lots through the scrip dividends option, because ESR always have the option for you to have your dpu in cash or scrips.

ARA LOGO will be delisted next Thursday and ESR rename to ESR-LOGO. Maybe ex ARA LOGO holders and ESR Reit holders will combine together and discuss in ESR-LOGO section from next Thursday onwards |

Guys, I make some calculations for ESR Reit' s DPU.. maybe u all can take a look. I think things are improving for ESR Reit. The " full" Q2 forecasted DPU without considering the merger is 0.801 cents which is already better than Q1 0.723 cents. Then I expect the merger to increase the DPU.. U all should use your 0.097 cents to buy back ESR-LOGOs shares :)

After the 1.7729 conversion, I would end up with an odd 2.5 shares, will i be able to sell singular share or buy to top up to nearest hundred? What will happen? Previous soilbuild delist and upcoming MNACT is very straight forward - cash. Thank you | ||

Manager discloses indicative timeline of ESR-Reit-Ara Logos Logistics Trust merger
Logistics Trust ARA LOGOS Log Tr : K2LU 0% unitholders will be closed at 5pm on Apr 21 to determine the entitlements of these unitholders to their respective clean-up distributions for the period from Jan 1 up to a day before the effective date of their merger.
ESR Funds Management, in its regulatory filing as ESR-Reit' s manager on Tuesday (Apr 12), provided an indicative timeline on events taking place till the merger becomes effective.
ESR said that the court-sanctioned scheme for the merger of the 2 real estate investment trusts (Reits) is expected to be effective on Apr 22, with the court hearing scheduled to take place on Apr 18.
Ara Logos Logistics Trust units are expected to stop trading on the Singapore Exchange on Apr 19, while ESR-Reit units will begin trading on an " ex-distribution" basis on Apr 20.
The date that Ara Logos Logistics Trust unitholders will receive payment of cash and issuance of the units in the merged Reit - known as ESR-Logos Reit - is expected to be Apr 28, the same date when the merged Reit starts trading on the bourse.
Ara Logos Logistics Trust unitholders are entitled to 9.7 Singapore cents in cash and 1.7729 in ESR-Reit units for every unit of Ara Logos Logistics Trust they own.
ESR-Reit units and Ara Logos Logistics Trust units both traded flat at S$0.415 and S$0.825 respectively on Tuesday at market close.

ALog Trust trustee, property manager receive writ of summons for S$8m claim
THE trustee and the property manager of Ara Logos Logistics Trust (ALog Trust) have received a writ of summons for a claim amounting to about S$8 million, plus interest and costs.
This was over an incident resulting in damages to certain parts of ALOG Cold Centre, in the premises previously tenanted by TheSeafoodCompany, said the real estate investment trust' s (Reit) manager in a bourse filing.
The manager is in discussions with its insurers regarding the claim. Legal counsel has also been engaged to advise on the matter.
ALOG Cold Centre, located at 2 Fishery Port Road, is a 2-storey ramp-up cold storage warehouse. It is in a food zone within Jurong Industrial Estate and near the sea ports.

ESR-Reit chief Adrian Chui to be CEO of ESR-Logos manager, Alog Trust chief to be deputy CEO WED, MAR 16, 2022 - 9:33 PM ADRIAN Chui, chief executive of ESR-Reit' s manager, will be the chief executive of the manager of the combined entity following the merger of ESR-Reit and ARA Logos Logistics Trust (Alog Trust), the trust said on Wednesday (Mar 16). The trust was responding to " substantial and relevant questions" it had received relating to the proposed merger between the two firms. These included queries on the roles of Chui and Karen Lee, chief executive of Alog Trust' s manager, after the merger, as well as the proposed board composition of the merged entity. ESR-Reit said its manager will be the manager of ESR-Logos Reit, and Lee will join the manager as its deputy chief executive. The Reit said the nominating and remuneration committee of ESR-Reit' s manager will also review the composition of its board of directors where appropriate, to align with the merged entity' s future strategic direction, focus and corporate governance practices.
