x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Indeed but the mgmt was all super duper confient that the claims has no merit and showed tons of positive points.   What happened in the end? Also someone questioned about the change of tone during AGM regarding the litigation from " no merits" to Angioscore' s claim to " no assurance" to no adverse impact to company businesses.   No matter how shitty the situation the company is in, they will always want to cast the company in good light.   More so because they know they are doing fund raising soon.   No way people going to lend you money if you tell them " Hey my company going down the drain.   Want to invest?" When I last looked at QTV Q1 results and price of 18cts, there is about a MOS of 20%.   I did warned that if QTV cannot deliver, this MOS will be compromised.   If I factored in this USD20mil, then all this MOS disappear.   But to invest now, you should ask for a greater MOS because if they lose the appeal, their operation will have a on-going concern unless they can raise enough dough for the damage claim and the operating cost of the company like the CEO, director' s fee, etc, etc.   How much MOS you want is really up to you.
