Someone support the base at 20cts, the moment it drop to 19.9 cts, there is a fierce buy back by millions of share to bring it back to 20cts. funny is that someone or another someone dun want it to move up by blocking at 20.5 cts...so should be marching at 20cts for the rest of the day, unless uncle Tom come it to move it both way...big Uncle should be....
