Eg. buy 10 lots at Bid 25.5c and then sell next week at 15.7c..loss of 9.8c or $980 plus comm for buy n sell. The 19 lots of rights share @ 0.105 U get will gain back $980 when you pay up for the rights and then get hold of the shares to sell in July if TERP stay at 15.7c.

My feel is that CR Price will be between 24 to 26c and TERP between 15 to 15.5c.  Question for LT investors is whether to pick up some now to get the rights (1,900 rights shares for every 1,000 owned @ 0.105c) and apply for excess OR just buy after ex rights when price goes down further so the stock will be on hand for trading and no need to waste time and effort to monitor and take up the rights as there is a gap between payment and credit of new shares to your account.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	ezra got no stories for now, except asking money by issuing rights to repay it' s debt. there maybe some investors who may feel that probably i post this to short the counter. but think again, how come the company ask so much cash from investors to repay it' s debt, without be able to attract the big guns and/or instituitional investors to actually buyin to their debt. issuing rights can be seen as probably forcing the share holders to cough out cash to repay the obligations and liabilities of the company operations. DYODD, for those who like high risk high return, this is the counter probably that have the most attraction now for you.
