After my anaylsis, I went back in to pick up some token lots at 25c using CPF in order to get some rights share allocation and be able to apply for excess rights.  Eg, for 10 CR shares, after ex R, I will get 19 lots of rights shares. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	My experience is that the underwriter will only give you the excess shares you applied for only when the mkt price is close to rights price (ie. Mkt price is 12c n rights is 10.5c) and to make up for the odd lot. eg. for 1,900 rights shares, they will give you 100 more to make it 2,000 shares. If price differential is too great ie.
