However, if the management don' t try to breakeven (they fail to do so, i use OOCL as reference every quarter which is same scale and asian owner), NOL NAV will be eroded. I don' t support the ideal of issue dividend, they shall pay off the debt and improve the book to go through this downturn and find a very experience and good in cost cutting CEO stepping in and change NOL.
