Completion of the Sale of APL Logistics Ltd to Kintetsu World Express, Inc Neptune Orient Lines Limited (?NOL?) is pleased to announce that it has today completed the sale of its logistics business, APL Logistics Ltd (?APLL?), to Kintetsu World Express, Inc. (?KWE?) for an aggregate purchase price of USD1.2 billion, subject to adjustments for the net cash and net working capital of APLL and its subsidiaries as at the completion date. NOL will announce the final purchase price after such adjustments have been determined. |

this month u go in and u die it simple. House trader monitoring punt and making bet to make money off long / short, don matter how u play u all die to them. Today is another example u think NOL crashing down and follow them selling down, then bam post market closing 5 mins big players covered all thier short position, bringing back ship to 1.015leaving retailer shorter all stranded then next week kill off those retail by pushing up till their settlement date. Singapore stock market is like that big players preying on retail regardless of long / short u die either way, it is unlike in china stock market where the mass retail players got the upper hand and kill off those big players lol. They knows what u buying/selling and u don know what their trading position, avoid trading in ship till APLL divestment is completed and trading trend revealed. Hehe BB had to push up ship price on TH order and we just rip off them but gona be patient and rush into trade till that happen. Longtime investor u just gona hang on and wait for more divestment from NOL since very high chance TH wanna break up the group business unit into smaller parcels to be sold. L K Y gone and shipping is no longer considered valid portfolio government must hold, time to sell off asset and unlock value to return value to longterm investors. Better for all NOL investors as the actual asset value of NOL is higher than current market capitalisation. All the little movement in last 3 years reveals TH intention to sell off NOl assets, Army colonel to be CEO, Setting up shell companies to hold NOL asset and APLL divestment all pointed to one certain outcome, it time to let go of container shipping since singapore got no talent to run it profitable. |
