x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	i quote japanese acquirer as japanese central bank is pumping lot of dirt cheap credit with no where to go. Japanese got limited buying option in south east asia due to mistrust from world war 2 aggression and unlimited silver bullets. Not to mention when US raised rate, Yen would depreciate even more lol, now they trying hard to buy quality asset which would maintain value while yen depreciated later on. Japanese now got lot of easy credit but limited buying oportunities, hope Temasek wake up and divest away our national shipping which is no longer valid in today economy model. Anyway this is just pure guessing but Japanese paying over 5 fold for APLL strengthen mine view lol. Before APLL divestment, analyst put up at least only US600Mil for it but guess what it got sold for double the amount cos it japanese buyer lol.

Let see if tomorrow can stabilise or not before we load in for APLL divestment boost. Don worry too much about NOL making losses this year, the low bunker price would support the bottomline. This year is more about NOL divesting away it non core asset or maybe sell away it liner division once and for good, declaring a big fat dividend for those holding long time and delist NOL from SGX. Pressure would built up after APLL divestment is completed in mid year and who know maybe the japanese would buy over APL since they would face minimum resistance from US congress for acquiring US assets.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	just follow the P/B valuation trade book, 1.1X P/B is the norm for transportation stock this year. NOL would get it big boost when APLL divestment comfirmed and total net proceed known. For now it is returning to it 1.1X P/B trading range which is 0.99-1.03, o no big fear or cry it is just norm.load when it near 1.1 P/B valuation and unload when it is close to 1.3X P/B, trade and release then trade backward when it start falling. Anyway NOl result this year is most likely flat or small profit judging from 1Q result so trading below market 1.1X P/B unlikely enjoy the trading zone and keep a look out for APLL divestment.
