According to the financial results and the recents anouncement.........beside APL still in the loss of few hundred millions of Dollars...... Yesterday BBs are start to reduce their stock......today will be Pump and dump.... Beware.... COSCO and YZJ are bad.......NOL worst.

Selling off APLL at such a high valuation is a brilliant move, 15 X PE valuation is higher than market normla of 10-12X. Anyway NOL business model of a comprehensive transport package is not working, now is the time to sell of those non core assets when the valuation for those asset is at sky high. NOL should focus on ocean shipping and full stop there, more assets to be sold off once APLL divestment is finalised. Port terminal and liner train asset worth hell a lot due to US growth inland transportation need and shortage of trunkers. Together NOL would sink, Separate All would survive and prospered. Just be prepared to see more assets being stripped off NOl and sold at high premium to open market. then Temasek would high chance privatised NOL after everything that should be sold are sold.

sell more to bb if u can. bb need to collect more to push it higher. This week is not good for trading due to 1Q result coming out on thur, uncertainty = no no trade. Wait till the cloud clear after 1Q then we can go trading next week. By the way , APLL divestment gona be completed in like a month time, then brokerage had to upgrade their target price again to reflect the 50% increase in NAV. NOL 100% profitable in 2015 due to 1 off profit of US $900 mil from APLL divestment, issue is the core EBIT would ship returned to sustained profit . This year 1Q bunker price crashed by 50% dropping form US$600 per metric tons to US$300, 2Q see a rebound to US$350+ and high chance would remian rangebound with crude highest at US$70 max. NOL consumed 2.2mil tons bunker from 2014 result so this 1Q assuming 0.6 million tons consumed in 1Q, total saving would be 0.6 X ( 600-300) = US$180 mil. But again this is purely speculation part, depending on whether NOl oil hedge contract had expired in dec2014. So take care and stay clear of NOL till uncertainty removed and we can trade again. |
