TH pay S2.80 to privatise NOl in 2004 is not for  fun or they are stupid, they already know the true value of NOL assets. Post APLL divestment NAV of NOL is US$1.02 or S$1.40 so ur privatisation offer don even stand not to mention there are still hidden assets on NOL liner division waiting to be unlocked. IF there is really a privisation deal by TH, just hold on it would get even better and higher when the analyst dig on NOl books for values. (4.)  Solicit Toy Boys and Gigolos, aka takeover others (Possibility: 20%), TP: $1.30) May get conned of $ and even contract STD. Whatever choices she chooses, as  buyers we should stand to gain. For investors, it cannot get better than this, as when was the last time oil, commodities, interest rates all are low? There could be a special dividend payout maybe in the range of  $0.04 to $0.08 per share after disposal of APL.  Temasek could also privatise it by offering at least  $1.30 per share. Bigger lines may offer even higher to make it private.
