 Alert Admin 		Yes bro. The merger will take centre stage from here on, everything else doesn't matter anymore. Some said TH will privatized. I think this can also be an option even though I believe is remote. Given that TH must abstain from voting, although there are ways to get around this, privatisation allows TH to finalize the deal without much objections from minority shareholders.
I personally think it's more likely to be based on share valuation and hence the terms of exchange is paramount, for instance, 1 KOM share is equivalent to one SM share at 10 cents. In this case, the market price should trade around 9.8 cents.
Either way, I believe there are still some meat for all of us. My conjecture only, could be wrong.
One last point, if indeed there are still 2b outstanding short position, a short squeeze will provide further impetus for the price to overshoot to 11 cents.

The tide will only start to turn after Q1 update in May and convincingly so after H1 results around end July.


I am not unhappy about the current price action-  10% up over 6 months. I could load up a bit more hopefully at around 9 cents over the next few months. There will come a time when the news flow will turn decivisively positive. But we are not there just yet.

The price movement warrants a dressing down.
The main impetus is for SM to garner a real sizeable contract and announce it. Else however positive one is, patience can run out.
With or without merger, there needs to have something sustainable.
