As Breeze highlighted, you're buying a whole lot of cash, no debt and decent after tax profits.

I'd do the analysis differently based on estimated FY13 figures. Assuming full year comes in at $6 to 6.5mm after tax, Cash and Cash equivalents would be around $26-27million @ Dec 31st.

Thats actually 16cents of cash on the B/S. Current mid price is 22cents, means youre buying the cashflow annuity of $4-6mm (3cents a share) for   6 cents. 

Even after the run up   this year, its still a very cheap valuation.

Yr13- ist half already 3.7mio. 

My own assumption is fy13 will come in at 6mio. 
From the yearly dividend payout, they usually distribute 20-25% of their net profit.
Since it will be a record year, i assume they will pay out 25% ie. 9cent.
At 0.21/ this will translate to a 4.2% dividend. Decent i guess.

Cash rich coy no debt. Cash per share 0.11
Effectively, you are buying their business at 10cent which can generate a income of 4-6 mio. Where to find? Only in AP oil. Haha

*hint. Bonus is the special dividend if any for their record yr.

last year results supposed to be out last week, but until now still not out yet, may have a better result than last year? or have more dividend or even to give bonus?   they gave bonus few times before

 

buyer buying for the   past few weeks, and price already above 20 cts now but volume still low, accumulation going on or what? 

 

anyone have this stock?
