I assuming u are betting Genting can outsmart MBS.. if u think Genting management and location is better than MBS then go ahread keep DCA more. Sell house, borrow $$$ go load up on Genting. Good luck.

some ppl are just stubborn. So many trees in the forest, they die die want to go hold on to falling knife.. well. as you say, share price dropping is good so that u all can collect .. maybe for the next 5 years, continue to collect.. Marina Area is going to " rob" Genting of visitors.. Genting is sunset already. Dun believe me u can go ahead and buy more Genting.. sell house, borrow $$$ buy lo. Good luck!

They reporting lower profit to pay lower taxes. RWS2.0 no1 priority as it tied to casino licence renewal. casino is their ATM. Once they secured licence, they start to put back operating free cash to net profit to prop up stock. |

Why worry so much, genS is cash rich they intend to self finance the whole RWS2.0 project. So when completed stock asset value would see very big boost almost double if considered inflation. Check out AGM presentation, their annual operating free cash 800+m yearly. Plus they alrdy dump $2b inside with free cash $3.2b sitting. |

Wait.. you so confident that RWS 2.0 will improve the profit? What IF (BIG IF) RWS 2.0 is not able to attract enough people or MBS is able to snatch people away from Genting? Then you get Quarters and Quarters of falling profits. After 5 years of quarters and quarters of falling profit, what do you think the share price will be? Do you have any insider info that RWS 2.0 will be a huge success within 5 years. So if that is the case, I want to sell my house and borrow $$$ from all the banks to buy Genting now. Why are you so sure RWS 2.0 will produce improved results?

For now if u vested best to do something else, don let stock price dictate ur mood. Treat it as a 5 years SGS bond, once RWS2.0 completed and access to IR improved. U get back ur investment plus good dividend. Market pricing in disappointing 2026 result in advance. | ||||
