The value of the stock hinges on the company getting final regulatory approval from the Chinese government to develop its so-called Fuyu-1 oil block, an onshore conventional oil project in China, according to Credit Suisse analysts Tan Shew Heng and David Hewitt.

Conscpiracy theory is that the saudis are betting big economical weapon against ISIS to slow down their progress. US is betting big to screw oil producing nations to short big to recoup the lost decade from the recession  After all its tracing back American culture remains all about cowboy malbora man..war & gambling.  As long as it is economical to produce heck about the prices...profits to ring for such producers....the fall is only in the index not the physical product.
