Careful reading then notice it is due to provision of 3 million due to obsolete handset. Else excluding Amortisation expense its about 175K lost for this quarter.Slightly better then last quarter.   Some positive from this third quarter result. AMS business seems to stabilise. DMS revenue seems to be picking up probably due to Myanmar business gaining momentum. This year unlikely we going to see dividend but fourth quarter result mDR could go back in the black. JOINT VENTURE BETWEEN PIXIO AND UBP http://infopub.sgx.com/FileOpen/JVA_in_Malaysia.ashx?App=Announcement& FileID=324915 Another positive news from mDR. This time joint venture with Malaysia' s UBP group to expand their business to East Malaysia. Not forgetting they are also in negotiation to buy Malaysia Colossal Media.

My view at this point why the share price is dropping is mainly due to its profitability and pennies stock sentiments. Yes, their DMS is under competition and mainly causes it to make losses. Only Pixio is helping it to keep the loss respectable. Therefore I am also glad they are expanding in this area...going to aquire colossol media and expansion to Brunei. AMS is also not doing well and I notice quite a substancial drop in earning in this biz. Maybe Samsung is not doing well or more people are buying cheaper phones?!  Myanmar business also is taking its time and we have yet to see any significant earnings. I look forward to the 4th quarter to see if there is any turnaround in earnings and profit. Only returing to profitbility then there is a chance for share price reversal. There is a lot of people that bought at high of 0.018..thats why when price drop they just find someone to blame. But not just mDR price drop, if you look at all the pennies, they are all half died. The biggest shareholder is still holding the share if you do your research and know who he is.

Good point is, company progressively expanding business eg, myanmar which started operation, Joint venture in Malaysia. Need more profitable expanding, the latest report shows they are sitting on 34m cash (correct me if I'm wrong). And u also mentioned mdr will be doing shares consodilation to fulfil the minimum price rule? Mind to share where u got this info from? As I believe many got stuck at higher price in this counter, if really consodilate from 0.5 cts to 20 cts, this will greatly affect many shareholders... I would rather they move to catalist instead... Obviously the share price was badly beaten by the few major shareholders from high of 2cts..
